Insurance regulations do not permit smoking inside the house. Please use the outside patio area or ask for a room with a balcony.
In addition to your private room, bathroom, and sitting room we encourage you to use the common areas. The kitchen is available anytime to bring in takeout meals. Insurance regulations prohibit guests from cooking in our kitchen.
Breakfast will be served daily in the kitchen from 8 – 9:30. Before and after that continental breakfast is always available. If you require a full breakfast at a different time, there will be a $15 charge. I leave snacks and coffee out each day on the buffet table. If you have questions about local restaurants, just ask or view our “the area” tab. Also Delivery Express will bring food in from 20 local restaurants.
To help you plan your day and us prepare for other guests, please observe the following (or call ahead for exceptions:

Check out time: 11:00 a.m.
There is a $20 charge for arrivals/departures outside of the above window.
***Due to the nature of hospital stays, however, we can certainly make arrangements on a case by case basis – just let me know.
Keys to the front door and your room are inside of your room and the back door is a key combination that we will give you (because it changes) upon arrival. We suggest you carry your keys at all times as we lock the doors behind us. When you are checking out, please leave the keys in the room. There is a $20 lost key charge.

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
We do everything we can to accommodate guest special requests. If you have any questions or need to deviate from our policies, please contact us directly prior to making reservations. We reserve the right to refuse service if the online reservation information is not consistent with the reservation information entered /our policies.
