Is that really a picture of your breakfast?

That is a picture of a crepe from our sunday crepe day, plated by our Sunday Chef. Obviously if you plate the crepe it may not look as good. ;)



What is there to eat usually?

Monday    - Pancakes, Eggs, Sausage\Bacon and Fresh Fruit.

Tuesday   - Belgian Waffles, Eggs, Sausage\Bacon and Fresh Fruit.

Wednesday - Breakfast Sandwiches on English Muffin or Bread Choice.

Thursday  - Pancakes, Eggs, Sausage\Bacon and Fresh Fruit.

Friday    - Belgian Waffles, Eggs, Sausage\Bacon and Fresh Fruit.

Saturday  - French Toast with Powdered Sugar, Eggs, Sausage\Bacon and Fresh Fruit.

Sunday    - CREPE DAY!! Crepes with Fruit Filling\Fresh Fruit and different cream fillings. Meat and Eggs are also served.



What does 'we make it fresh' mean?

In the past, food was made to facilitate a buffet style. With the pending arrival of our new kitchen and feedback from our guests we now cook your food upon arrival to breakfast.

2 reasons for this...

1. When breakfast is made for 8:30 and the majority of guests show up an hour later, they are eating stale\warm\soggy food.

2. There are subtleties in how the food is prepared that you may want changed. For instance you may want crispier\softer bacon, or may not want bacon at all and instead an extra helping of eggs...



What if I leave before 8:30am or if I don't want hot breakfast?

Fresh fruit is almost always available. ( Guests do eat in spurts at times )

Granola \ Cereal is always on the self serve table.

Bread, with jams \ nut butters are also available.



What if I have allergies or a dietary restriction?

PLEASE! Let us know well in advance and we will do out best to make you something to fit your diet. Don't tell us the morning of breakfast that you are carnivorous at 9:29am when there is only bacon and sausage left to make.
