FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When are we available?

Naomi’s Inn has someone at the desk 24 hours a day and at least 2 employees present to take your reservations or when checking in late or early. When checking in late we also have an option to text directions on entry directly to your cell phone. Late check-in fees will not apply if you opt for the cell phone message. Early and late check-in fees are normally $15 extra, but may be more depending on the extremity of time disparity. This is because our wait staff and housekeepers must prepare the room early for your arrival, thus altering the daily schedule.

What does a Bed and Breakfast normally consist of?

A B&B a sort of hybrid between a luxury hotel and a private home, embodying the best of both worlds. A B&B is generally a small establishment with three to 10 guest rooms instead of the 50 to 100 or more found at most hotels. The owners live on-site and interact with travelers as if they were invited guests rather than anonymous temporary room numbers. Guests are treated to deluxe touches like a sumptuous home-cooked breakfast that comes with the price of the room and is served each morning in a communal dining room or in the guest’s own quarters, coffee roasted inn house, and the concierge is the owner.

Pricing Limitations

We are a small place and our pricing changes from month to month. We try to be as flexible as we can and we price-match booking channels... However, we DO NOT honor prices booked more than 6 months in advance.

How is this bed and breakfast\boutique hotel different from others?

The painstakingly renovated bed and breakfast\boutique hotel has all of the modern conveniences of a bigger hotel – flat screens, WIFI, and private inn-room full baths in an oversized individually designed and decorated room.

Can I watch the game at a B&B?

Naomi’s Inn is designed with your comfort inn mind. Every room has a flat screen TV with complimentary HBO & NFL Sunday Ticket.

Can I do my work at a B&B?

There is free WIFI available throughout the house. There are desks and work tables in almost every room as well as nooks outside of your room to work, a large dining table if need be and tables under umbrellas on the porches.

Aren’t Bed and Breakfasts off the beaten path?

Naomi’s Inn B&B is just seconds from route 91.

What kind of breakfast do you serve?

Our breakfast is plated on a first come first serve basis, so please be patient! We offer both an egg and a sweet dish every morning. We roast and flavor our own coffee and there is always cereal, juice, and toast on hand.

Is there free off street parking?

Directly behind the inn there are two free spaces allocated per room.  

Is there smoking on the premises?
Insurance regulations do not permit smoking inside Naomi’s Inn. Please use the outside patio area or ask for a room with a balcony.


Kitchen Facilities
In addition to your private room, bathroom, and sitting room we encourage you to use the common areas. The kitchen is available anytime to bring in takeout meals. Insurance regulations prohibit guests from cooking in our kitchen.

Food Services
Breakfast will be served daily in the kitchen from 8:30 – 9:45. Before and after that continental breakfast is always available. If you require a full breakfast at a different time, there will be a $15 charge. I leave snacks and coffee out each day on the buffet table. If you have questions about local restaurants, just ask or view our “the area” tab. Also Delivery Express will bring food in from a plethora local restaurants.


When Can We Check-In/Out:
To help you plan your day and us prepare for other guests, please observe the following (or call ahead for exceptions:
Check in time 3:00 p.m. to 6 p.m. (flexible by prior arrangement)
Check out time: 11:00 a.m.
There is a $20 charge for arrivals/departures outside of the above window unless check-in is unassisted.
***Due to the nature of hospital stays, however, we can certainly make arrangements on a case by case basis – just let me know.


How Do you Handle Door Keys
Doors are controlled with key combination that we will give you (because it changes) upon arrival.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. If you are booking more than 14 room nights then the cancellation window is 14 days prior as well.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

Can we cancel your reservation?
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if a guest is acting in such a manor that would make staff or other guests feel uncomfortable. We do not tolerate rudeness, abuse or intrusion on another guests stay. There may also be times where maintenance requires a room to be blocked off for that day. If this happens we may cancel your reservation. Obviously you will be refunded in full and depending on the severity of the notice to you, may credit you with a free stay at another time.


SPECIAL REQUESTS
Please understand as we are a small place we have to hire\employ specialists for things. Cleaners, cooking staff and subcontractors are in and out of the inn on a regular basis.

ANYTHING outside of our normal scope of time means an employee is working an hour or two longer, a late check-out means cleaners are staying longer. Early check-ins mean that cleaners show up early. These things are not free to us and we don't mark up the service to you. All we ask is if we can accommodate a special request, understand it costs us money and it will cost you something as well.

We do everything we can to accommodate guest special requests. If you have any questions or need to deviate from our policies, please contact us directly prior to making reservations. We reserve the right to refuse service if the online reservation information is not consistent with the reservation information entered /our policies.
