The house
A Victorian in Springfield’s North End.
Eight rooms, all private baths. The only bed and breakfast in the city — close to the highway, close to the hospitals, and not a conference hotel.
A house, not a front desk.
Guests come for MGM, the Big E, a night before Bradley, a week while someone is at Baystate, a visit to Springfield College or UMass. What they remember is the house: a porch you can sit on, breakfast that is actually cooked, and a phone that still gets answered.
We roast our own coffee. We keep the rooms themed on purpose — Hulk green, Cape bunks, French gilt, a four-poster — so you are not walking into beige. First-floor rooms exist for anyone who needs them. Pets are welcome if you call first.
Open during renovation
The outside is getting dressed. The inn is open.
We are renovating the exterior and redecorating. Scaffolding, paint, a little dust on the porch — not on your sheets. All eight rooms are taking guests. Breakfast is still cooked in the house. Parking is still on the lot. Book as you normally would.

Homemade, served in the house. Direct bookings get unlimited plates and breakfast in bed on request. If you have a hospital morning or a 6am flight, tell us — we would rather pack you something than send you out hungry.
